Angel Sanctuary (天使禁猟区 Tenshi Kinryōku) is a sho-jo manga playoff engrossed and illustrated by Kaori Yuki. Originally serialized in Hana to Yume from February 1995 to Feb 2001, the chapters were equanimous and published in twenty tanko-bon volumes by Hakusensha; the original production was free in 1997 and the terminal loudness was publicised in 2001. It focuses on a reincarnated waterfall named Setsuna, declared to be the "Deliverer", and his battle against the imperfect angels of Heaven.
The manga was adapted as a three-episode newfangled video vivification (OVA) by Bandai Seeable and Hal Record Business; it was intended to be an unveiling to the manga rather than a position solo copal. Originally licensed by Fundamental Gear Media, the OVA is currently licensed by Media Blasters. A series of drama CDs based on the else tarradiddle arcs was also released.
